1. Service Coverage

We ship across India using trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days
  • Non-metro & remote locations: 5–10 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your pin code and courier partner performance.
    Delays caused by logistics issues, festivals, or weather are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on specific products or cart values — these will be clearly communicated on the website.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.

6. Packaging & Handling

All items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Fragile or sensitive products (like air pistols or glasses) are shipped with additional care and handling.

7. Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package on the first attempt, they may try again or contact you directly.

Failure to receive or respond may result in return-to-origin (RTO) — and re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We follow all applicable shipping laws for CO₂ weapons, pellets, and shooting accessories.

We reserve the right to cancel or restrict delivery to any area due to safety, legal, or logistic concerns.
